Goods Checker (Procurement and Inventory)
Role:
Monitor the day by day Purchase, Stock and Sales in warehouse and showrooms regularly upon receiving the goods.
Ensure that all documents received in the warehouse are of satisfactory quality and log them to the system. Prepare shipping orders and keep track of all shipping orders for various suppliers from various countries and follow up the goods delivery.
Follow up the importing and exporting goods with logistics and update the GIT to the system periodically. Responsible for Maintaining and updating records such as slow moving items, dead items, aging items, fast- moving items and Ensuring inventory levels are adequate for the business. Make the sales Reports and Sales comparison in different time period for all branches located in different countries.
Create item shortage and excess stock Reports by the country wise and branch wise. Generate the local and overseas purchasable amount for all purchasers by analyzing different reports. Annalise the sales reports and create new targets for the purchase managers and sales managers. Create Reports Related to Purchase,Stock,Sales and Prot for the Board Meeting. Evaluate the performance of Vendors, Purchase Mangers, Showroom Mangers, Stock controllers and Brand Promoters.
Update all required purchase, inventory and sales Reports to the entire group situated in different countries. Skills Related to Work:

Microsoft word Knowledge.
Analytical skill and Problem solving skill.
Team work, team leading skill and Time management. PDT device usage and trouble shooting.
