For,Royal Enfield J1 Engine parts powder coating special process powder coating. Process were defined with control and measures. To avoid rejections in process in future, did everything to be implemented in Starting stage itself. Created PFMEA document in all process and product characteristics & control plan in documentations. And succeed in Final approval audit also which will given a great earning & increasing monthly turn overs of my company the twice

Peel off issue overcome
For, TVS-SCL part which is operated under critical situations regarding peel off, by using process & parameter analytics, we have overcame from the peel off issue. Where previously it was an continuos & repeated issue after my involvement as ateam with analysing knowledge we have overcome successfully.
