· Automate production reports for distribution to all required recipients. These reports will include daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS updates.
· ABP Plan Concept Level Day Wise , Week Wise & Month Wise Store Wise , Brand Wise & Category wise
· Bill Wise Projection for Marketing and Commercial Team
· Plan and monitor stock level and replenishment of core and seasonal lines to optimize sales opportunity and sell thru performance.
· Stock Position, Bestsellers-Slow Seller etc. are generated and provided to concerned store team to timely basis
· Detailed analysis of stock required to inward to achieve plan number during Big Day Promotion
· Prepare action plan with Category Manager to clear slow movers and aged stock merchandise.
· Drive automation of current reporting process via available tools (MS Access) Programming and Microsoft Access skills including queries, forms, reports and macros, Effective end-user consultation and communications skills in MIS reporting & designing.
· Ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with peers and across functional team.
· Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and adapt accordingly.
· One Point of Contact for all MIS needs for the Category.
· Assist with calendar management scheduling appointments
· Making Travel arrangement to MD
· Taking care of Personal requirements and tasks which assigned by MD
