As a legal intern, I was delegated the work to draft a policy which is mutually beneficial to Greater Chennai corporation and Public. The Draft policy is regarding the Lease of property belonging to Greater Chennai corporation. The main objective of policy is 
• To formulate a mutually beneficial regulation for the lessor and lessee.
• To ensure that the Greater Chennai corporation keeps generating funds through land disposal.
• To bring the existing forms of Land Disposal mentioned in Government Orders, Council Resolutions and Revenue Standing Orders under the ambit of a single policy
