* Worked in Banking and financial sector for Investment Bank, as a Production support executive.
* Work involved use of SQL,UNIX,service now,AWS, Java and various tools like autosys, trade booking systems(CATS application), config tools etc.
* We assist in managing all events impacting production processes,SLAs and client satisfaction. we coordinate in all production releases,change requests,new application support.We assist and participate in disaster recovery/business continuity planning and testing.These Activities included actual live failover and failback exercises
* Take ownership of users issue and follow up the status on behalf of the user by coordinating with other support teams to resolve the issue within the SLA and log, update and resolve the reported end user issues on the ticketing tool
* Work with development and QA teams to get application defects fixed and we handled patches releases in to UAT & prod environment.
