Year 2010: Lead the Pre-Launch Team for set up of Srinagar station with IndiGo in capacity of Assistant Manager 
 
Year 2012: Lead the formation of Chandigarh Station with IndiGo in capacity of Airport Manager.
 
Year 2017: Controlled cutover of ground handling to Celebi at Cochin which included implementation of IndiGo processes, Training of Celebi Manpower regarding our set procedures and post implementation Support. 
 
Year 2018: Lead from Corporate office forimplementation of revised cabin grooming processes for Transit/Turnaround and Base operations with the cutover of AGILE (Subsidiary of IndiGo) at BLR, HYD, CCU, MAA, DEL, BOM (All Metro stations).
Year 2019: implemented Ramp standardization work processes as subject matter expert for Cabin grooming, which includes reducing the turnaround cleaning time in order to improve on OTT.
